Ecomflow is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company based in China, specializing in fulfillment solutions for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands worldwide.
We currently support 150+ brands with efficient, scalable logistics and are now looking to bring on larger, enterprise-level clients.
About the job
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Global Business Development Representative to join Ecomflow. This person will play a key role in identifying and engaging high-value global DTC and e-commerce brands, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and driving new revenue opportunities across international markets.
This role requires excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to outbound sales. The ideal candidate is confident initiating conversations with senior stakeholders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning market insights into meaningful partnerships that support long-term growth.
What will you do
Identify and target high-value global DTC and e-commerce brands that align with Ecomflow’s ideal customer profile.
Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, target markets, competitive landscape, and uncover new business opportunities.
Drive outbound prospecting initiatives through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling to generate qualified enterprise leads.
Build, manage, and consistently expand a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects using CRM tools, ensuring structured follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
Engage and facilitate high-level conversations with senior executives and C-level stakeholders, confidently presenting Ecomflow’s value proposition.
Understand target companies’ business models, operational challenges, and growth objectives to identify opportunities where Ecomflow can deliver measurable impact.
Develop tailored messaging, call strategies, and customised proposals based on each prospect’s specific needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Tech, Finance, and Customer Success) to align sales strategy and ensure a smooth onboarding process post-closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Close new business opportunities and support contract finalisation in coordination with leadership.
Track, analyse, and report sales activity, pipeline development, and performance metrics to leadership on a regular basis.
Continuously evaluate and optimise sales tools, methodologies, and outbound strategies to improve lead generation effectiveness.
Requirements
4+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, ideally in logistics, eCommerce, SaaS, or related B2B service industries
Demonstrated success in closing enterprise deals and managing long sales cycles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, self-starter mindset — comfortable working independently
Fluent in English
Comfortable working with CRM and outbound tools
