We offer local return solutions in more than 16 global locations through our return partner. Your customers return items locally, not to China. We inspect, document, and restock or dispose based on your preference. Fast, smooth, and cost efficient.

We prepare early and keep operations running with multiple shifts throughout the period. The only downtime is when carriers pause for a long weekend of about three to four days, and we minimize the impact with strong planning and workflow preparation. Your fulfillment stays as smooth as possible during the CNY holiday in China.
