At Ecomflow, we know that managing inventory isn’t just about knowing what you have - it's about quickly understanding how it all fits together. That’s why today, we’re rolling out a series of updates to the Inventory page that make stock management clearer, faster, and smarter.
Why we made these changes
As our users’ catalogs grew, one thing became obvious: the Inventory page needed to do more with less space.
We heard feedback like:
“I just want to tag my SKUs and filter them easily.”
And:
“It’d be great to see everything at one glance.”
So we reimagined the page from the ground up - focusing on UI clarity, and most importantly, introducing SKU Tagging, a long-awaited upgrade to help you organize stock your way.
What’s new
🔖 Tag your SKUs for smarter grouping
The star of this update - SKU Tags. You can now create custom tags and assign them to any product in your inventory making it easy to:
Group items by collections, campaigns, seasons or anything else
Filter your inventory view by tag
Find what you're looking for faster
Whether you're preparing for peak season or running a promo, tags give you the control you’ve been asking for.
🧠 Lean, clean UI (that still packs a punch)
New header cards: See Backorders and Total Inventory Value at a glance - no digging through rows required.
Compact table layout: We’ve minimized vertical space per row, so you see more products at once.
Fewer columns, more context: Only the most relevant columns remain, making the table easier to scan; and no more horizontal scrolling.
A better way to manage your stock
This isn’t just a UI glow-up. It’s a shift toward giving you more control over how you organize, view, and act on your inventory data.
Visual clarity → faster decisions
Tagging → smarter workflows
Backorder tracking → no more surprises
Try it out
Head over to your Inventory tab and start tagging your SKUs. You’ll feel the difference instantly.
And as always, we’d love to hear what you think.
