Why we built this
As more brands started scaling with Ecomflow, we heard a clear trend:
“I love getting email updates, but sometimes I miss them, or I wish I could see important updates right in the dashboard.”
We get it. When you’re managing logistics, stock, orders, and finances all at once, it shouldn’t be a guessing game. You need consolidated updates in one place.
So, we built it.
In-App Notifications
Whether you’re a founder, a customer support agent, or head of finance, In-App Notifications help you stay informed, keep overview on the tasks at hand, and stay in control, without getting buried in emails.
No more digging through your inbox. When you open your dashboard, you’ll immediately see all the updates that matter to your specific role: closed tickets, ticket updates, outstanding balances, stock updates, inbound shipments, invitations for check-in calls, and more, all in one place, clear and organized.
Never miss an important update — Get notifications directly inside your dashboard.
Role-based notifications — Give CS agents, finance teams, and managers access only to the updates they need, so they can stay focused on their work.
Notification Preferences — Not every update needs to reach everyone. Choose exactly which updates you want to get — by email, in-app, both, or not at all.

Notification Preferences give you full control over how you stay updated. You can choose to receive updates by email, in-app, both, or not at all, all managed easily in your dashboard settings.
Users will only see and manage notifications related to their role. For example, CS agents will only get CS updates, and finance teams will only get finance updates.
The goal is simple: get the updates you need, without the ones you don’t, delivered the way that works best for you.
Introducing Banners
To make sure urgent updates never get missed, we’ve launched banners, messages that appear right at the top of your dashboard. Banners are only used for major announcements like tariff changes, big feature releases, or price updates, the things you need to know immediately.
This is just the beginning
In-App Notifications open the door to a lot of exciting possibilities, think tailored alerts, smarter notification settings, and even real-time feature updates without clogging your inbox.
