About the job
We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join team. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining our business processes through the implementation and management of various automation tools and integrations. You will work closely with different departments to identify automation opportunities and develop efficient solutions.
What will you do
You will be responsible for:
Managing and optimizing our tech stack including Xero, Zendesk, Zapier, Go High Level, and Notion
Creating and maintaining automated workflows between different platforms using webhooks and APIs
Designing and implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support for automated systems
Training team members on new automation tools and processes
Documenting all automation processes and maintaining technical documentation
Monitoring automation performance and suggesting improvements
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with automation tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs)
Strong understanding of business process automation
Experience with CRM and help desk systems (Go High Level, Zendesk)
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in 3PL or e-commerce operations
Knowledge of additional automation platforms
Basic programming or scripting skills
Project management experience
Previous experience with workflow optimization
