About the job
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our rapidly growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in our dynamic e-commerce supply chain environment.
What will you do
You will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing training programs for new and existing employees across all departments
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including help guides, SOPs, and training materials
Conducting regular training needs assessments and developing strategies to address skill gaps
Managing and updating our internal knowledge base system
Evaluating training effectiveness and implementing improvements based on feedback
Collaborating with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Training Manager in a large enterprise (200+ employees)
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or supply chain industries
Advanced certifications in Learning & Development
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience with video production and multimedia training content
Multilingual capabilities are a plus
