Tabs overview
Your inbounds are now organized across three tabs: All Stock Inbounds, Awaiting Approval, and Discrepancies, so you can see exactly what needs attention at a glance.
Automatic Shopify Sync
We’ve integrated your Shopify catalog directly into the dashboard, allowing you to create inbounds instantly by selecting your products and entering quantities without any manual uploads.
Auto-generated packing list
Documentation is now handled for you automatically, as our system generates a professional PDF packing list for every inbound to eliminate the need for manual uploads.
Route & sender details
Specify where the stock is coming from and add sender details at creation. This gives our warehouse everything they need to receive your shipment accurately before it even arrives.
Tracking numbers & expected arrival date
Add your tracking information and an expected delivery date when creating the inbound. Both sides have visibility on when the shipment is due, no need to chase for updates.
Draft saving
Save your inbound mid-creation and come back to it later. Previously, closing the tab meant starting over. That's no longer the case.
Discrepancy detection & reporting
If received stock doesn't match what was declared - wrong item, short count, damaged units, it's flagged and moved to the Discrepancies tab. The rest of your inbound keeps moving while the issue is tracked and resolved separately. You'll see exactly what the problem is and can take action directly from there.
Full timestamp log
Every status change across the inbound, on both your side and ours, is visible with a timestamp. You can see exactly when stock arrived, when statuses changed, and what happened at each stage.
