Value Added Services now has its own dedicated page in the Ecomflow dashboard - a central hub where brands can browse available services, submit requests and track everything from one place.

What's new

A home for every service

The new Services page shows all available value-added services at a glance, like:

• Custom Packaging - Design and order branded packaging, including custom boxes and mailers. Submit your packaging type, quantity, dimensions, and any files or references directly through the dashboard.

• B2B Shipments - Request bulk shipments to wholesale or retail destinations. Provide your shipment details, destination, and product breakdown - and receive multiple shipping line quotes to choose from.

Submit a request

Each service has its own request form. Fill in the details, upload any files and submit the request, directly from the dashboard.

Real-time request tracking

Once submitted, you can track the progress of your requests, so you always know where things stand.

Receive quotes

You'll get notified when quotes arrive, and you can review, compare, and select the option that works best for you.
